My P.E. Productions hosts My P.E. Day for inner-city children and women in transition to find a home. A fun-filled afternoon of festivities designed to boost self-esteem and stimulate laughter among children. Professionals from around the nation come together to share their crafts to help us bring joy and hope to the children and to inspire them through an outpouring of love that a brighter future awaits them.
At *My Public Ego*, we believe every child holds a spark of creative power — and when that spark is seen, it can light the way forward. We bring animation and storytelling into shelters to create joy, confidence, and connection. Through film premieres, hands-on workshops, and mentorship, we help kids not only experience the magic of movies — but become the ones who create it. Our name, *My Public Ego*, stands for the part of you the world is meant to see — your imagination, your voice, your story. We believe that when a child sees their ideas brought to life on screen, they begin to believe in their own future. From stop-motion made with toys to voice-acted digital shorts, our workshops turn young dreamers into young creators. And along the way, they build more than skills — they build self-worth. This is how *My Public Ego* becomes a gift to the world: by helping kids discover that their creativity isn’t something to hide — it’s something to share.
